LEAF works directly with business equipment and software end users, as well as through referral relationships with equipment manufacturers, distributors and dealers across a wide variety of industries.


  1. Develop marketing strategies for each business unit; evaluate and report marketing strategy performance on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  2. Continually identify marketing opportunities and channels for all business units, including tradeshows, associations and trade publications; report on new and current opportunities
  3. Plan, write and execute social media strategy across all platforms; align social media strategy with overall marketing strategy by performing competitive research, tracking trends and audience preferences, creating editorial calendars, engaging on social platforms (posting, reposting, tagging, responding, etc.) and creating and analyzing an analytics report to continually enhance this strategy
  4. Measure and evaluate SEO strategy, research the latest advances and trends for SEO, provide monthly results and suggestions for improvement, implement updated SEO methods
  5. Audit effectiveness/ROI of completed marketing assets/campaigns using surveys, analytics, etc., keep an up-to-date analysis of results and use results to continually make recommendations to improve asset/campaign ROI; provide weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports to management on asset/campaign successes and recommended improvements
  6. Stay current on latest industry trends and hot topics; provide a weekly summary to management
  7. Conduct marketing research for various campaigns, content and corporate presentations
  8. Report on LEAF’s inbound lead generation strategy and provide monthly recommendations for improvements based on results
  9. Coordinate LEAF events to ensure event success and ensure all deadlines are met (i.e., incentive programs and internal contests)
  10. Maintain a calendar of all upcoming sales team events and tradeshows and oversee marketing efforts and strategies for these events
  11. Compare and evaluate competitor activity and content to help strengthen LEAF’s initiatives and messaging to our dealers and end users; maintain a reference library of competitor content and research
  12. Develop a deep understanding of target audiences by continually reading relevant publications, meeting with sales leaders on a biweekly basis, conducting sales rep surveys, calling sales reps and staying in close contact; create and conduct open-ended surveys to uncover hot topics and aid in developing action plans to better target each sales audience
  13. Assist in writing/revising marketing flyers, email blasts, press releases and corporate presentations


  • Must understand and facilitate branding strategies
  • Must have superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must be highly organized, creative and self-motivated
  • Must be able to work on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Must have strong understanding of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe software
  • Marketing automation experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • 5 to 7 years marketing experience
